The Beach Woods Property Owner’s Association in Melbourne Beach stretches from the Indian River Lagoon to the Atlantic Ocean on Brevard County's scenic barrier island. The area is rich in wildlife and is conveniently located close to shops, parks, restaurants, and the Melbourne Causeway. The beautifully landscaped, deed restricted community consists of town homes, villas, quads, single family residences, beachfront units and a six-story riverside condominium. Beach Woods has a gated entry system to control access.
Amenities include a pier with fishing station, private beach access, club house, library, two pools, racquetball, tennis, pickleball, basketball, handball, shuffleboard and bocce courts, cornhole, ping-pong and a well-equipped workout room, sauna, children's playground area, hand launch boat ramp, and benches along the Indian River Lagoon for viewing the magnificent sunsets. For a nominal fee there is an outdoor yard for boat or RV storage.
Recreational and social events are an everyday part of Beach Woods community life thanks to many actively engaged community volunteers. Beach Woods is managed by an elected Board of Directors that employ a Property Manager, office and property staff.
